Taking a Nursing PhD Course without Formal Admission

Enrolling in Nursing PhD Courses as a Non-Matriculated (Non-Degree) Student

If you are contemplating doctoral study, we welcome you to enroll in one of the Nursing doctoral courses this fall or spring as a non-matriculated (non-degree) student.

You can complete up to six credits as a non-matriculated (non-degree) student and apply credits toward your degree should you decide to apply and are accepted into the Nursing PhD program.

This is an excellent way to explore the program and to think further about your own research ideas and directions.

Enrollment is contingent upon space available and permission from the instructor. Application for non-degree enrollment is required along with a permission number.

Please Note: all classes are subject to availability.
